Thomas Hübl

Thomas Hübl, PhD, is a world-renowned author, course leader and international facilitator on the complexity of systems and cultural change. In his work, he integrates the essential insights of the great wisdom traditions and mysticism with the findings of modern science. He is a visiting scholar at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University. 

Since 2004, he has taught and facilitated programs with more than 100,000 participants worldwide. Since 2013, he has also offered many online courses. He is the author of the books “The Healing Power of Our Relationships” and “Healing Collective Trauma”, both published in German as well. His latest work “Attuned: Practicing Interdependence to Heal Our Trauma - and Our World” has so far only been published in English. His work has been discussed in many articles, including in the “Harvard Gazette”, the “Harvard Medical School News”, on “CNN.com”, in “Forbes” and “Tricycle Magazine”. He has also written highly acclaimed articles for Harvard Health and the Journal of Awareness-Based Systems Change. 

Since 2019, he has given lectures and courses at Harvard Medical School on the topics of resilience, collective healing and relationship skills for healing trauma. He also coaches and trains CEOs, executives, consultants in personal and professional development and trauma-informed leadership.
